Hello everyone! I have been looking in google and also searching this forum for answer, but i have just found similar questions with no response. Is there a way to create your own template in Eplan P8? I suppose there is because of 3 default templates and one paper project I have right in front of me with fully customised plot frame and text structure. Hope anyone can give atleast hint on how to create my own template with information I need in it structureted by standarts I`m asked to. Thank you in advance.

Templates allow projects to be created based on existing data. If you create projects using the project management or the project wizards, then you must always use a template. Templates for new projects are:

  • Basic projects.

You can create your own templates from projects and store and manage them in any directory on any available drive.

Sample templates

After a standard EPLAN installation the ..TemplatesEPLAN and ..Templates<Company code> directories contain (e.g.) the following project templates and basic projects.
